Manual gearbox

This 5-speed manual gearbox is particularly responsive. It is available with all DS 3 petrol and diesel engines, except for the PureTech 155 and e-HDi 115 Airdream.

Clutchless gearbox

The 5-speed clutchless manual gearbox is available with the PureTech 95 petrol engine.
Gears can be changed in automatic or sequential mode using steering-wheel paddles or the gear lever.

6-speed manual

The 6-speed manual gearbox is also highly responsive. The 6th speed delivers fuel savings and improved acoustics.
This gearbox is available with the petrol PureTech 155 and diesel e-HDi 115 Airdream engines.

EGS6

The 6-speed clutchless manual gearbox is mated to the diesel e-HDi 90 Airdream engine. Gear shift is automatic or sequential using the steering-wheel paddles or gear lever.

4-speed automatic

The 4-speed automatic gearbox lets you choose between automatic mode, where gear changes are tailored to your driving style, or sequential mode, where you change gears freely.
Available with the PureTech 120 petrol engine.

New personalisation options let you create a car that resembles you: new Pearlescent White body, new Délice Grey trim, new

Aphrodite wheels, new laser engraving on the dashboard strip and screen-printing on the side windows.

Roof

The roof of the  DS 3 New Signature is available in four colours, differing from that of the main bodywork: Onyx Black, Opale White, Infini Blue or Moondust Grey.

To complete the personalisation process and give your  DS 3 a truly original look, a choice of original decals are also available (Square, Graphic Art, Flower, Codesign, Plane, Zebra, Perle, Onde or Urban Tribe).

Interior finish

The interior of the DS 3 also expresses your personality, with:

– protective mats featuring the same graphics as the decals on the roof
– a fascia strip including the instrument cluster surround,  air vents, and multifunction screens,  available in a range of ten colours and finishes

– the gear shift is available in a choice of five finishes, combining satin chrome with glossy colour or matt leather
– a new interior trim feature adding a Parisian touch to the fascia strip on the DS 3 (Irrésistible Paris trim).

Seat upholstery

The seat upholstery reflects the same attention to detail as the rest of the cabin of your DS 3. A range of ten choices are available, including three with grained leather (Granit Blue, Mistral and Lama),

and Crescendo, a nappa leather watch-strap design option topping the upholstery range.

LED daytime-running lights

Love at first sight. The DS 3 has immediate appeal with its new light signature. To give the car its strong, piercing gaze,

the headlights combine two technologies for the main function: LEDs styled to resemble diamonds in their setting, and a Xenon module.

With its two-tone body accentuated by the floating roof, shark fins and front and rear light signatures, the DS 3 is a car of inimitable styling.

Boot and storage

The DS 3 New Signature makes everyday life easier. It combines an exceptionally roomy 285-litre boot with a 2/3-1/3 rear bench that can be folded in a single movement.

It also includes generous storage features, including a 13-litre glove box, door bins, central console and dashboard compartments. A foldaway central armrest is also available.

Acoustics

Benchmark acoustic comfort. Vibrations, engine noise, wind

noise and road noise are all effectively damped, close to the sources of emission.

Active City Brake

This technology is an emergency braking function used in the city to avoid low-speed collisions. It uses a short-range radar function

at the top of the windscreen.The sensor activates the brakes automatically to avoid a collision at speeds of up to 30 kph.

Scented air freshener

The scented air-freshener  diffuses a subtle, pleasant fragrance around the cabin.

A roller control lets you adjust the intensity of the fragrance.

HiFi System

Your DS 3 New Signature features an audio system (Hi-Fi system) with impressive acoustic performance.

It ships with an additional, third speaker located on the dashboard and an amplified subwoofer in the boot.

Connecting Box

Select your audio source and just plug in your MP3 player, USB stick or smartphone with Bluetooth audio streaming.

Information is displayed on the multifunction screen.

Efficient brakes

Your DS 3 New Signature ships with an innovative, complete braking system, featuring:
– an ABS (Anti-Blocking System) function that adjusts braking pressure electronically to stop the wheels locking,

– Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) that distributes braking power evenly to all wheels,
– Emergency Braking Assistance (EBA) that boosts braking power instantly when the driver stamps on the brake pedal.

Economical engines

The CO2 emissions of the DS 3 reflect the brand’s environmental leadership Further enhancing these dynamic sensations,

the DS 3 gains new petrol and diesel engines that already comply with the Euro 6 standard

PureTech technology

For petrol versions, the DS 3 ships with the PureTech 82 S&S ETG powertrain, which complies with the Euro 6 standard.

This engine is both economical  (4.1 l/100 km over a combined cycle) and eco-friendly (95g/km of CO2).

BlueHDi technology

More powerful and eco-friendly, the BlueHDi 120 engine combines cutting-edge technology with CO2 emissions of 94g/km

and fuel consumption of 3.6 l/100 km.

Gear-change indicator

For a more economical – and therefore more ecological – drive, your DS 3 New Signature ships with a gear change indicator that

analyses your driving style and tells you the best time to change up.

Moderate weight

Looking beyond engine performance, the environmental results of the DS 3 New Signature are the result of extensive studies on weight control, with designers studying all the possibilities for making the car lighter.
Numerical computation techniques were used extensively to define and test vehicle parts, thus optimising each component in

terms of both weight and technical quality.
With its limited weight and optimised aerodynamics (Cd of 0.31), the DS 3 ensures intelligent management of fuel consumption and thus CO2 emissions

Sporting performance

Building on the experience of the brand and its nine WRC titles, brand engineers took the DS 3 Sport Chic and remodelled it

to reflect the image of Citroën’s motor sports department for a sporty, exclusive result.

Racing

Taking the styling cues of the DS 3, this car sets itself apart with its 100% Racing features, such as a chrome-tipped tail pipe or the carbon finish on many body parts. The DS 3 Racing is 3.94m long and shod with large 18-inch wheels of original design. It is available in two colours,

Obsidien Black with an orange roof or Banquise White with a grey roof.

The same approach is applied to the interior, which features colour-keyed and carbon details on many trim parts  such as the central dashboard fascia or armrests in the doors.

Powertrain

With its 1.6l engine developing 202 bhp (torque of 275 Nm) and a high-precision chassis, the DS 3 Racing covers 1,000m from a standing start in 26.5 seconds, to reach 100 kph in 6.5 seconds. A car that embodies sporting performance.

To hug the road, the front and rear tracks have been widened by 30m and the body height lowered by 15 mm. These changes completely alter the ride of the DS 3 New Signature.

The high-precision steering has also been modified to reflect the car’s dynamic nature, as have the brakes, which gain Racing specs to increase their performance and durability, with four-piston  callipers at the front, in particular.

The DS 3 Racing thus has all the qualities necessary to set the standard in its category.
